Purpose Of This Application

The purpose of the Assignment Venue Centre application is to help authorized staff capture recruitment leads, maintain candidate profiles, track candidate readiness and hiring status, store candidate documents, and sync operational lead and candidate records with Google Sheets.

What The App Does

• Captures candidate, agent, employer, and public website leads.
• Maintains candidate profiles, recruitment status, documents, and demand matching records.
• Syncs authorized lead and candidate records with Google Sheets for shared operational tracking.
• Stores candidate CV, passport, and related document links in Google Drive when authorized.

Why Google User Data Is Requested

Assignment Venue Centre uses Google OAuth so authorized staff can connect Google Drive and Google Sheets to Assignment Venue Centre workflows. Google account profile and email information are used to identify the signed-in Google account. Google Sheets access is used to read and update lead and candidate ledger rows. Google Drive access is used to upload, store, preview, and download candidate CV, passport, and related document files selected for recruitment operations.

Google user data is used only for the connected recruitment, document, and sheet-sync features. Assignment Venue Centre does not sell Google user data.
